Deb Stifter

CB Construction CFO Deb Stifter began her career in the construction industry in 1990 as an auditor with Grant Thornton. In 2000, she became Controller for Carrothers Construction Company and its holding company, PEMCO, Inc.; she currently serves as Vice President and CFO of both companies.
Deb was named Vice President and CFO of CB Construction Services, LLC in 2019. In this role, she is responsible for guiding both CB Construction and its clients to make sound financial decisions, as well as for implementing company safety management programs. Deb’s abilities to identify issues before they escalate and communicate clearly and promptly have helped keep client projects – and the firm – on track.
